2. CONFIDENTIALITY

At ERS Taxi Service Ltd:

  • All personal data, including journey information, disability-related needs, Access to Work funding, and communication records, is treated as confidential

  • Confidentiality applies to all staff and contractors handling client information

  • Data is only accessed by authorised personnel for legitimate business or compliance purposes

  • Confidentiality obligations continue beyond the end of the client relationship

Any breach of confidentiality may result in disciplinary action and, where appropriate, legal consequences.

3. SECURITY OF INFORMATION

To protect client confidentiality, we:

  • Store personal data securely in encrypted systems

  • Limit access to authorised users only

  • Conduct regular data protection training for all staff

  • Follow safeguarding protocols when sharing information in the public interest or under legal obligation

4. WHEN CONFIDENTIALITY MAY BE BREACHED
